Keyboard की पूरी जानकारी:

  • पहले आपको ये जानना जरुरी है Keyboard क्या है?
  • Keyboard कहाँ लगता है?
  • Keyboard हमारे लिए क्यों जरुरी है?
  • इससे हमें भविष्य में क्या फायदा है?

Keyboard हम कहॉ पे युज कर सकते हैं।

  • Keyboard एक Input Device है. इस का इस्तेमाल Computer और Laptop में Commands , Data / Information , Text , Numeric Data , और दूसरे Data को Enter करने में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
  • Keyboard Typing  के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
  • अगर हमें कोई भी Data / Information Type करना रहे तो हम Keyboard का इस्तेमाल करते है.Keyboard से Typing Speed भी बड़ा सकते है. जो हमें Job के लिए जरुरी है.
  • Keyboard Computer और Laptop में लगाया जाता है.
  • आपने जरूर Keyboard का इस्तेमाल किया होगा.
  • घर में ऑफिस का काम करते वक़्त या कंपनी में काम करते वक़्त, हम Keyboard का इस्तेमाल करते है.अगर कंप्यूटर और Laptop  में Keyboard ना हो तो हम Typing नहीं कर सकते.
  • अगर हमें Computer को चलाना है तो है हम Input Device Keyboard और Mouse का इस्तेमाल करते है.

अगर आपको Keyboard को CPU में Connect करना  है तो वो कैसे करे?

  • अगर में पहले की बात करूँ तो पहले Keyboard को CPU में Connect करने के लिए PS /2 या फिर Serial Connector का इस्तेमाल किया जाता था.
  • पर में अभी की बात करूँ तो, अभी के Modern ज़माने में New Technology USB का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. और USB का पूरा नाम (Universal  Serial Bus) है.
  • Keyboard में USB Wire और USB Wireless Connector  का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
  • अभी की New Technology में Keyboard बोहत ही आसानी से CPU में Connect कर सकते है.
  • USB Wireless Connector Keyboard Battery से चलता है.
  • पर आप एक चीज़ का ये ध्यान रखे अगर आप USB Wireless Connector Keyboard  का इस्तेमाल करते है तो इस में आपको Battery बार बार बदलना पड़ता है.

 
क्या आप जानते है Keyboards के ३  Types के प्रकार है। 

  •  QWERTY Keyboard
  •  AZERTY Keyboard
  •  DVORAK Keyboard
  1. QWERTY Keyboard:- QWERTY Keyboard पुरे दुनिया भर में सबसे जायदा इस्तेमाल करने वाला Keyboard है।
  2. AZERTY Keyboard:- AZERTY Keyboard France में Develop (बनाया) गया हैं. एक दूसरे Variation  (बदलाव ) के हिसाब से QWERTY और Standard French Keyboard भी माना जाता है।
  3. DVORAK Keyboard:- DVORAK Keyboard का इस्तेमाल Finger Movement को कम करने के लिए बनाया गया है. ये हमारे भविष्य में बोहत ही काम आएगा।

पर में आपको एक चीज़ बता दूँ QWERTY Keyboard और AZERTY Keyboard इन दोनों के मुकाबले में सबसे ज़ायदा और सबसे Fast Typing करने में DVORAK Keyboard का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

पर आप एक चीज़ याद रखे अभी घर, कंपनी, फैक्ट्री, गवर्नमेंट ऑफिसेस में और अन्नय जगहों पैर ज़ायदा तर  QWERTY Keyboard का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.

क्या आप ये जानते हैं?

  • क्या आप जानते है Keyboard में कोन कोन से Buttons है?
  • और उनके नाम क्या है?
  • और वो Buttons क्या काम करते है?

Keyboard में Letters (Alphabet), Number Key Pad, Symbol, Special Keys, और Command Buttons दिए गए है.एक चीज़ का ध्यान रखे, सभी Buttons की Category अलग अलग है। सब अपने हिसाब से काम करते है.अगर आपको ये सब Category अच्छे से समाज में आये तो आपको कोई  दिक्कत नहीं आती है।

Keyboard Keys की ४ Category

  • Alphanumeric Keys
  • Command Keys और Special Keys
  • Navigation Keys
  • Punctuation Keys
  • Alphanumeric Keys:- सभी Keyboards के अंदर एक Set of Keys होती है. जिसे Alphanumeric Keys भी कहा जाता है. Alphanumeric Keys का मतलब होता है, Letter और Number होता है. पर याद रखे Symbol Keys या फिर Command  Keys नहीं होता है. और एक चीज़ Number Key Keyboard को २ अलग अलग भाग में रखा गया है।
  • पहले तो Letters के ऊपर और दूसरे Keyboard के दायिनी और होते है. Letters के ऊपर जो होते है उस में Double Keys होती है. पहले तो Number Keys और Symbol Keys.अगर आपको कोई भी Symbol चाहिए तो उसके लिए आपको अपने Keyboard में Shift Button को Press (दबाना) होगा।तब जाके उस में जो भी Symbol रहेगा वो आ जाएगा। Mobile में जो Keyboard होता है उससे भी QWERTY Keypads भी कहते है.
  • Command Keys और Special Keys:- Command Keys का मतलब होता है, जो Command देने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. जैसे की Backspace, Delete, और Enter है. दूसरा Special  Keys मतलब Home, End, PageUp, और PageDown है.
  • Navigation Keys:– Navigation Keys को Arrows Keys भी कहा जाता है. Up Arrow, Down  Arrow, Left  Arrow, Right  Arrow. आपके Computer Screen को Move करने के लिए आप Mouse का इस्तेमाल करते है वैसे ही आप अपने Mouse Courser को Move करने के लिए Arrow Keys का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.और ये Navigation Keys Scroll करने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
  • Punctuation Keys:- Punctuation Keys का मतलब होता है जैसे की Comma (,), Question Mark(?), Colon(:) etc. और ये Keys Letters के दाहिने तरफ होती है.उन Buttons में और दूसरे Symbol भी होते है.अगर आप वो लेना चाहते है तो Shift Button को Press(दबा) कर ले सकते है.

  • Functions Key
  • Indicator Lights
  • Navigation Keys
  • Numeric Keypad
  • Typing Keys
  1. Control  Keys:- Control  Keys का मतलब होता है जब आप दो Keys का इस्तेमाल एक साथ करते है. जैसे की अगर आप को Copy करना होतो आप Ctrl+C Button Press करेंगे। तो इस में आपने दो Buttons को एक साथ Press किया वैसे ही Ctrl, Alt, Window Key, Esc Key, इन सभी Keys का उपयोग Control Keys की तरह काम होता है.
    1. इनके अलावा भी ScrLK Key, PrtSc, Pause, Insert ये Keys भी Control Keys में शामिल है.
  2. Functions Key:- Functions Key Keyboard में सबसे ऊपर होते है. Functions Key F1 से F12 तक होती है.और ये Keys के सभी Program अलग अलग काम करते है. कोई Volume बढ़ाना या काम करना, Brightness का, etc. सब का काम अलग होता है.
  3. Indicator Lights:- Indicator Lights ३ Types के होती है. पहला Caps Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock.
    1. Caps Lock का मतलब होता जब आप इसे on करते है. तो जो भी आप Type करेंगे वो सब Upper Case(Capital Letter) Type होगा। अगर बंद कर दिए तो Lower Case(Small Letter) में Type होगा।
    2. जब हम Computer को चालू करते है. तब Num Lock पहले ही on हो जाती है.और अगर बंद कर दे तो फिर आप Number Type नहीं कर सकते।
    3. जब हम Scroll Lock On करते है तब जहाँ पे हमारा Courser रहता है वहीँ पे हम रहते है और बाकी Scroll  कर सकते है.
  4. Navigation Keys:- Navigation Keys में Arrow Keys, Home, End, Delete, PageUp, PageDown, Keys होती है, Document में ऊपर, निचे, दाएं, बाएं, जाने और Direct Jump करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होती है.
  5. Numeric Keypad:- Numeric Keypad को Number Keypad या फिर Calculator Keys भी कहा जाता है.और इनका इस्तेमाल हम Number लिखने के लिए करते है.
  6. Typing Keys:- Typing सबसे ज़ायदा इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली Keys जीन में  Alphabet Keys और Number Keys भी होते है. जिन्हे हम Alphanumeric Keys भी कहते है. और इस में Symbol Keys भी होते है।

Control Keys का इस्तेमाल क्यों करते है?

  • Esc Key:- Esc Key का इस्तेमाल अगर आपने गलती से कोई भी Option On कर दिया तो उसको Close (बंद) करने के लिए Esc Key का इस्तेमाल करते है. और इसका पूरा नाम Escape Key है.
  • Ctrl Key:- Ctrl Key का पूरा नाम Control Key है. और इसका इस्तेमाल Keyboard में Shortcut Key के लिए होता है.
  • Alt Key:– Alt Key का पूरा नाम Alter Key है. और इसका इस्तेमाल Keyboard में Shortcut Key के लिए होता है.
  • Window Logo Key:- Window Logo Key का इस्तेमाल Start Menu Open करने के लिए किया जाता है.
  • Menu Key:- Menu Key Mouse में Right Click के जैसा हे काम करता है.इससे Right Click के Options Open होते है.
  • PrtScr:- PrtScr का इस्तेमाल Computer Screen Image लेने के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.

 

Navigation Keys का इस्तेमाल।

  • Arrows Keys:- Arrow Key में ४ Arrow Key होते है. Up Arrow, Down  Arrow, Left  Arrow, Right  Arrow. आपके Computer Screen को Move करने के लिए आप अपने Arrow Keys का इस्तेमाल कर सकते है.और ये Navigation Keys (Arrow Key) Scroll करने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
  • Home Key:- Home Key का इस्तेमाल आपके Document में जहाँ पर Mouse Cursor का Click होता है.वहां से अगर आप अपने Document के शुरुवात में आना चाहते है तो Home Key का इस्तेमाल करे.
  • End  Key:- End Key का इस्तेमाल आपके Document में जहाँ पर Mouse Cursor का Click होता है.वहां से अगर आप अपने Document के आखिर में आना चाहते है तो End Key का इस्तेमाल करे.
  • Insert Key:- Insert Key का इस्तेमाल Insert Mode On और Off करने के लिए होता है.
  • Delete Key:- Delete Key का इस्तेमाल Text के बाद Select हुवे Text को Delete करने लिए इस्तेमाल होता है. और कोई भी File या Folder को Delete करने के लिए Delete Key का इस्तेमाल होता है.
  • PageUp:- PageUp का इस्तेमाल किसी भी पेज को ऊपर सरकने के लिए किया जाता है.
  • Function keys : ये एकाउंटिंग या स्पेशल सॉफ्टवेयर में ज्यादा इस्तेमाल होते है |

 

Keyboard Keys और उनका इस्तेमाल 

  • Alt – Alt (Alternate) Key (PC Only Mac Users Have Only)
  • Arrows – Up, Down, Left, Right Arrow Keys
  • Back Space – Cancel (Back Space or Backspace) Key
  • Break – Break Key
  • Caps Lock – Caps Lock Key
  • Command – Apple Mac Computers have a Command Keys
  • Ctrl – Ctrl (Control Key)
  • Delete – Del (Delete Key)
  • End – End Key
  • Enter – Enter Key
  • Esc – Esc (Escape Key)
  • F1-F12 – Information about the F1 through F12 Keyboard Keys.
  • Fn – Fn (Function) Keys
  • Home – Home (Function) Keys
  • Insert – Insert (Function) Keys
  • Menu – PC Keyboards also have a Menu Key that looks like a Cursor pointing to a Menu.
  • Num Lock – Num Lock Keys
  • PageDown – PageDown pg dn Keys
  • PageUp – PageUp pg up Keys
  • Pause – Pause Keys
  • Prt Scrn – Print Screen Keys
  • Scroll Lock – Scroll Lock Keys
  • Shift – Shift Keys
